Residence Life Student Staff Recruitment

Residence Life and Housing Operations is excited to announce we are currently recruiting Resident Assistants for the 2024-2025 semester. Resident Assistants are peer leaders who help support our 1200 residents who live on campus. Resident Assistants, or RAs, plan programs, serve on an on-call rotation in their building, ensure their hall is free of maintenance issues, and serve as a guide and resource.

Group Process and Individual Interviews

All candidates should be prepared to attend our Group Process and Individual Interviews for the RA position. These two interviews are critical in determining candidates' skills for the RA position.

Group Process - opportunity to participate in a range of activities!

Saturday, March 23rd | 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Individual Interview - opportunity to interview and connect with members of the Residence Life Leadership Team!

Saturday, April 6th | 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (tentative end time)
